Machinery insurance
High risk without machine insurance
More and more complex and more expensive machines are used in operations. Damage to machines can cause high costs and endanger the existence of your company. Machine insurance protects against damage caused by fire, short circuit, overvoltage, operating errors, explosion, frost, storm, lightning strike, design and material defects, malicious damage, failure of control devices and other risks.
Save contribution with an excess
You can take out machine insurance as individual insurance for certain machines or as a lump sum contract for all machines in your operation. Fixed machines are insurable, but also transportable equipment such as cranes, construction machinery or forklifts. In the event of total damage, the insurer compensates for the current value of the destroyed machines, in the event of partial damage, it covers the costs of the repair. Wear damage is not replaced. In machine insurance, a deductible is usually agreed to keep the insurance contribution favourable.
