Fire-fire insurance

On Fire

As a builder, you need a fire safety insurance:
An uninsured severe fire in your future house can ruin you as a builder. The fire-crude construction insurance steps in financially if your construction project is damaged or destroyed by fire, lightning, explosion or crash of aircraft. The shell is insured against fire insurance, as well as all building materials that are located on the building plot. The fire co-construction insurance also includes consequential damage caused by smoke or fire-fighting water, as well as the necessary cleaning and demolition costs.

Combine fire insurance with building insurance:
As a rule, you will not receive a building loan without proof of fire insurance. You will receive the fire safety insurance as a individual police policy or as an extension to construction contribution insurance. The fire safety insurance ends with the completion of the building, from this point onwards, the building insurance will be protected. Tip: If you take out building insurance at the beginning of the construction work, the fire insurance cover for the shell is already included free of charge. However, you only need to pay full contributions for building insurance once your construction project is ready for occupancy.
